How long does it take for the water reservoir to heat up?

• the full 75 oz. would take roughly 10-15 minutes (less time would be required for less water 
• and how cold the water is initially is also a factor)
• but with the programmable feature you can set the machine to be ready when you are (i.e. no wait)
• and it’s a “one time” thing as the machine is designed to stay on for up to 18 hours and maintain the desired water temperature.

How many cups will I get out of each pouch?

• we believe that most consumers will get at least 18 six ounce cups per pouch
• however, the actual number of cups is dependent on what strength setting you use (the higher the strength setting the fewer the number of cups)

How hot is the water temperature?

• the temperature is adjustable between 150 and 190 degrees and allows you to customize to your preference.

How many varieties of coffee and tea do you currently have available?
we currently have 6 gourmet coffees:

• Colombian Dark DeCaf
• Colombian Dark Roast
• Premium Blend
• Sumatra
• Hazelnut
• French Vanilla

and 2 gourmet tea varieties:

• Green Tea
• Black Tea

What’s the shelf life of each pouch?

• a “best if used by date” is printed on each retail package.

How do I need to store the pouches once I’ve started to use them?

• Beveo’s special pump system allows each pouch to remain shelf stable until it’s been used.
• we recommend you remove the pouch from the machine and place the cap on between uses; however you can keep the pouch in the machine until it has been used up or you desire to switch varieties.

 

Do I need to regularly clean the machine?

• the only cleaning recommended is the periodic cleaning of the water reservoir to address the water “scaling” issue.
• because there are no coffee grounds used there is no mess to clean up.
• specific instructions and recommendations can be found in the instruction manual.

How often do I need to refill the water reservoir?

• for most people, 75oz. will cover all requirements for a full day or more
• the water level indicator keeps you informed of how much water you have left and you are free to add water at any time.

What is exactly inside each pouch?

• each pouch contains a concentrated form of coffee or tea
• through a proprietary process, coffee and tea are professionally extracted in a controlled environment and immediately sealed in a concentrated liquid state to keep each cup fresh.
• each  Beveo  pouch insures that the concentrate is sealed in an oxygen free environment until you are ready to use it providing a consistent, flavorful and fresh cup of coffee or tea each and every time.

Do I need to use any special water?

• like any coffee making process, the best possible cup of coffee or tea is insured by using fresh, filtered, cold water to fill the water reservoir.
